David Bazowski assists organizations in both the private and public sectors in all facets of human resources and business initiatives including planning, development and implementation of programs and strategies. A key area of specialization is facilitation with a diversity of stakeholders, including private sector business, labour unions, First Nations and government.
David moved into progressively more senior leadership roles in human resources, and general management for resource companies in British Columbia. He has 30 years of progressive experience in HR, Operational Management, and Corporate/ Public Affairs in B.C. and the Yukon.
As part of David’s current consulting pursuits, he has served as Chair to the B.C. Mineral Exploration and Mining Sector HR Task Force over the past 7 years where he led development of and implementation of an Industry wide Human Resource Strategy. In addition, Dave also served as Chair to the BC Pulp and Paper Industry leading the process of researching and developing a Human Resource planning strategy for that industry sector. Dave has most recently been assisting in the development of training and employment initiatives for both First Nations and private sector organizations.
