Dan Jepsen is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of C3 Alliance Corporation. As the former President and CEO of the Association for Mineral Exploration British Columbia and, Manager, Aboriginal Affairs and Environment of one of BC's largest forest companies, Dan brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the resource sector. His specific expertise includes resource and business development, relations with government and non-government organizations, indigenous relations, and communications and media relations. Dan is a co-author of the Canadian bestseller, Mineral Exploration, Mining and Aboriginal Community Engagement: A Guidebook. The Guidebook is a vital resource in guiding and developing progressive and positive business relationships and practices with Aboriginal peoples, communities, and the resource sector. Dan has actively been engaged in over 20 First Nation joint ventures and is a frequent speaker on sustainable resource development, international certification, and relations with indigenous peoples and non-government organizations. Dan is excited about the many opportunities that exist to apply C3 Alliance Corp.'s depth of knowledge to create beneficial relationships between indigenous people, business and governments.

Phillip "Jerry" Asp - President, C3 Alliance Corporation |
Jerry Asp is President of C3 Alliance Corporation. He is a former chief of the Tahltan First Nation, founder of the Tahltan Nation Development Corporation and current Vice-President of the Canadian Aboriginal Minerals Association. Jerry brings to C3 Alliance Corporation his unique perspective and abiding personal commitment to assist in the development of mutually beneficial relationships between indigenous peoples, businesses and governments. He is a staunch believer in the need for economic independence for all Aboriginal peoples, and much of his working life has been directed toward assisting indingenous peoples all over the world in achieving this goal.
Jerry negotiated the first Impact and Benefits Agreement in British Columbia in 1988, a groundbreaking agreement between the owners of the Golden Bear Mine and the Tahltan Nation. Jerry has been a key contributor to many significant economic development projects between indigenous peoples and the business sector. During his tenure as President of the Stikine Regional Health Board, Jerry successfully lobbied for a new medical health facility to serve Dease Lake and surrounding communities. He was also instrumental in negotiating the first Native owned Independent Power Project contract with BC Hydro, a micro-hydro project that freed Dease Lake from dependency on diesel generators for power. His resource development consulting expertise has been sought by indigenous peoples in Peru, Chile, Dominica, Ecuador, Guatemala, Argentina, Panama, the Philippines, Australia, Canada, and the United States. | |
